We Clay Fiary's take pride in our products and packaging. We ensure that our products are packed to keep them safe and secure. Each product we have designed and created packing methods to create its travel to you via the delivery service as safe as possible. But once the item is tracked and taken we are not responsible for the delivery services handling. If a product has been delivered to you and it has come damaged please email us and we will do our upmost best to resolve but due to the nature of delivery postage services we cant control once it has left for its forever home other then make sure all products are securely packed for its journey.All products will be tracked and provided with a tracking number and proof of delivery. If your delivery was signed as delivered and you have not recieved the product please contact the delivery service and if you have had no responce from them or it resolved within 7 days please email us so we can assist.
